The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly proceeding.
